The Three Kings Curry (แกงเผ็ดสามกษัตริย์) is a spicy-salty, sour and sweet coconut-based curry featuring beef, pork, and chicken. It is served with fresh ginger, shallots, and pickled garlic. The three main ingredients are solid enough and sufficiently distinctive for each to stand on its own as the center of the dish.
